Since forming Quality Control Music in 2013, visionaries Kevin "Coach K" Lee and Pierre "Pee" Thomas have continued to showcase their ability to tap into all avenues of entertainment with their latest expansion into sports. Their lifelong affinity for sports made Quality Control Sports an inevitable next step in the duo's cultural dominance.

TRAMIEL "TWIN" CLARK
Tramiel Clark better known as “Twin” has been using this moniker since birth, having been born with a fraternal twin brother. It’s safe to say his nickname stuck. Twin credits both of his parents, as well as growing up on the Eastside of South-Central Los Angeles known as the “low bottoms” for where he is today. He can often be heard saying, “when you’re from the bottom, all you can do is go up.” By the grace of God and fueled with this mentality, he has been able to continue to rise. Along with lettering in basketball, he received his Bachelor’s from Talladega College, a historically black college in Talladega, Alabama.
With 17 years of music/sports experience, Twin is the perfect bridge between music and sports, which is the heartbeat of culture. His proven leadership and track record in these industries have prepared him for this unique role with Quality Control Sports. Twin joins Quality Control Sports as a Partner and will assume the role of President of the company.

CHARISSE DASH
Charisse Dash is a New Jersey resident and a Cum Laude graduate of NY School of Law. She also received a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics with a minor in Political Science from Seton Hall University.
Charisse Dash is among the very few women who have become certified player agents in MLB, and she represents players throughout all stages of their careers. She is fluent in Spanish and assists baseball players in all of their contract negotiations and legal and other business matters.
As a certified MLB agent who commenced representing Major League Baseball Players in 2001, Charisse has over 18 years of experience and an impeccable reputation within the industry. As a mother of five, Charisse has a nurturing way of dealing with clients and is extremely attentive to them.
There is never a task too big or too small. She has dealt with baseball players at all stages of their careers – having extensive expertise in the July 2nd international signing period, the MLB Draft, as well as salary arbitration and free agency contract negotiations.

Alex was raised in South Florida, where he excelled as a student-athlete and received a full athletic scholarship to Savannah College, where he played under Boston Red Sox great Luis Tiant.
In his early career, Alex began with roles in player development and minor league operations with the New York Mets, and from these roles he developed many of the relationships in the industry that he holds to this day. His experience covers over fifteen years in professional baseball in the departments of Player Development, Baseball Operations, and International Scouting with the New York Mets, New York Yankees, and Atlanta Braves.
During his time with the New York Yankees as Assistant Director of International Operations, he was able to be part of an organization that won the 2009 World Series as well as participate in many of the signings for International Prospects that take the field for the New York Yankees today.
More recently, he served as Director of International Administration with the Atlanta Braves and oversaw the day-to-day operations of the International Department.
He is based out of Tampa, FL and frequently works in the United States and Latin America.

Carlos joins the Quality Control Sports family after many years of experience in the sports industry.
Born in Matanzas, Cuba, his love for baseball started at the tender age of 8 years old. He won two Pan American Championships with the Cuban National Team, one in Venezuela and the second in Mexico. He went on to a Youth World Cup, where he played alongside Leonys Martin, Aroldis Chapman, Dayan Viciedo, and Dariel Alvares, to name a few.
Carlos earned a BA in Physical Culture and Sports, and continued to thrive in his love for baseball. He played with the Pittsburgh Pirates for 3 years, 2 years with the Boston Red Sox (with Yoan Moncada), and 4 years as a hitting coach with the Arizona Diamond Backs.

Bradley J. Cicala is a veteran NFL certified agent who joined QC Sports as Managing Partner of Football Operations after the acquisition of his agency, Terra Firma Sports. This move also includes adding Cicala's veteran roster of NFL clients as well as two decades of contract negotiation experience.
His responsibilities are to oversee the management of all aspects of both professional and personal development of the football athletes within the QC Sports family.
Bradley holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the Max M. Fisher College of Business at The Ohio State University.

Rodney Thomas is a partner at Quality Control Sports and is co–head of the football division. Thomas became an NFLPA Certified Contract Advisor in 2014 and leads recruitment and servicing of all football athletes as well as the crucial negotiation of their NFL team contracts. With over 10 years of experience in the industry, Thomas brings a wealth of knowledge, vast rolodex, and proven success to the QC Sports team.
Prior to joining QC Sports, Thomas co–founded Dimensional Sports Inc., where he led the recruitment and representation of several top draft picks. His history of draft picks includes Joe Haden (1st Round), E.J. Manuel (1st Round), Janoris Jenkins (2nd Round), Ryan Williams (2nd Round), Dexter McDougle (3rd Round), and Dwight Bentley (3rd Round). After Joe Haden was drafted #7 overall to the Cleveland Browns, Thomas helped negotiate the richest rookie contract for a Corner Back in NFL history at 5 years $50 million, with $26 Million guaranteed.
Before becoming an NFL agent, Thomas enjoyed a successful career on Wall Street as an equity trader at Credit Suisse. His high financial acumen as a trader is what makes him a top-notch contract negotiator. Thomas’ experience proves to be valuable both leading up to the draft and during veteran contract negotiations, as his goal is to optimize earning potential for athletes both on and off the field for the full length of their careers.
Thomas received his B.A. in Economics from Harvard University, where he was also a 2-year starter on the football team. He also received a Master’s Degree in Contract Law and Sports Marketing from Georgetown University.

Derrick Powell is the Global Head of Basketball at Quality Control Sports. Derrick is a twenty plus year veteran in the business of professional basketball. He is highly regarded and very well-respected amongst both his peers and clients.
Through his sincerity and authenticity, Derrick has created a reputation as a trustworthy and respected relationship builder throughout the professional basketball circles. His network reaches everyone in the “game” from the parents of players to the college coaches and trainers. Derrick also has relationships with all thirty General Managers and most of the coaches running the elite athletes of the NBA.
Derrick has worked with some of the biggest names in basketball while representing multiple first round and second round NBA draft picks throughout his career. From 2014 to 2019, Derrick averaged at least one draft pick per NBA draft.
Derrick has negotiated over $250 million in player contracts as well as several shoe deals for his NBA clients, including one of the largest shoe deals for a rookie that Nike had done in over ten years at the time.
Derrick’s philosophy in representing players is to do what you are supposed to do for the “right” reasons and success will follow you.
Derrick is a graduate and four-year letterman in basketball at one of the most prestigious HBCU’s in the country, Hampton University.
